SERVICES Our company provides import and export services for medicines, reagents, consumable materials, and medical and non-medical technologies, as well as their spare parts.
It carries out the importation of medicines and nutritional supplements for medical use that are included in the Basic Table, and that are not of National Production; as well as the importation of medicines approved in Resolution 232 of the Minister of Public Health, and of medicines, supplements and dermo-cosmetics destined for Health Tourism.
It imports orthopedic products, surgical instruments, stomatology instruments and supplies, optics and ophthalmology products, clinical furniture, expendable materials and supplies for the national health system. Performs purchasing services for third parties.
It carries out the import of antiseptic products, clinical disinfectants, chemical reagents, diagnostic media and culture media. Performs purchasing services for third parties.
It carries out the importation of medical and non-medical equipment, its parts and pieces, for the National Health System and for Cuban missions abroad. Performs purchasing services for third parties.

As a first action, an official presentation of your company must be carried out in MEDICuba S.A, this meeting will facilitate a timely assessment by commercial specialists about the products that your company sells.
You must provide the following information for your first meeting:
• Company Name
• Country where the company is located
• Status, if your company is manufacturer or distributor)
• Range of Products that it sells

• Photocopy of the Deed of Incorporation of the Company.
• Photocopy of the resolution of the Board of Directors, designating the main managers.
• Photocopy of Power of Attorney that grants powers to the person who signs the Contract.
• Photocopy of the updated Accreditation in the Mercantile Registry and / or Chamber of Commerce, dated no more than 6 months.
The photocopies of these documents must be legalized by the Consulate of the Republic of Cuba.
• Presentation of the Company card.
• Company profile and supplier registration form.
• License from the Chamber of Commerce.
• Bank and commercial guarantees that guarantee and accredit your financial status in a period not exceeding 90 calendar days.
• Financial balance certified by an accredited company in your country.
• Quality Management and / or Certification Systems implemented.
